The cottage is situated on a farm off the A352 between Broadmayne and Warmwell. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room with adjacent fitted kitchen and a fully fitted bath/shower room. Within the living room there is a large cupboard with hot water tank and room for a washing machine.
